Description High Flow 3M HF Filter Cartridge

SFI HF3M high Flow Filter cartridge, especially to replace 3M CUNO brand, has unique radial pleat technology to bring us much more pleats and larger effective Filtration area.

Large diameter with high flow rate up to 500 gpm decrease needed number of filter elements. At the same time, less maintenance cost in actual operation.

Absolute rating and outside-in flow path enable consistent filtration efficiency.

Each element uses a compound radial pleat design that increases the usable surface area of each filter. Blown microfiber forms the basis of the filter media, which is made to exacting fiber diameter specifications.

This produces a media with absolute rated particle retention characteristics and very high particle removal efficiency. Our exclusive manufacturing process embosses the media, resulting in a precise uniform pleat pattern, which allows greater exploitation of the media by evenly distributing the fluid throughout the entire filter structure. The results are consistent and effective particle retention, consistent performance and effluent quality in a compact, space-saving design.
