Filter ini dirancang untuk menyaring partikel padat berukuran besar hingga mikro dari kontaminan aliran air. Dibuat dari serat polipropilena murni dibentuk melalui proses meltblown secara termal, filter ini memiliki struktur bertingkat (graded density) yang menciptakan struktur berpori efektif untuk menyaring partikel dari cairan. Teknologi ini menawarkan solusi penyaringan yang efisien, ekonomis, dan tahan lama.

Overview Spun Jumbo Filter PP Meltblown Water Filter

SFI PP45 and PP110 Series Cartridges are manufactured from 100% pure polypropylene and are sized for use in Big Blue Filter Housings.

PP45 and PP110 Series cartridges are designed for purity and will not impart taste, odor or color to the liquid being filtered. Additionally, the polypropylene construction provides superior chemical resistance and is not prone to bacterial attack.

The PP45 and PP110 Series advanced design combines selective final filtration with appropriate pre-filtration to achieve up to three times the dirt-holding capacity of similar size sediment cartridges and even greater capacity than standard spun or string-wound cartridges. This performance enhancement is achieved by combining two separate gradient layers in one filter.

The Filter Cartridge Spun superior structure remains integral even under severe operating conditions and there is no media migration. Polypropylene fibers are blown continuously on the central molded core, without any binders, resins or lubricants.

SFI PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge PP45 Series is fusing and intertwined of polypropylene resin without any chemical glues.
